Exchanges and returns

For all products purchased through www.sweethomepajamas.com , there is a one-week (7-day) period after receipt of the purchase to make an exchange. If the exchange is within the allowed days, and the product is in good condition, the customer must assume the cost of return shipping to the coordinated address. We do not issue refunds unless the item is damaged.

If the purchase was made in person at the showroom, exchanges and returns are not accepted.

The credit note (gift card) will be valid for one month and cannot be used for discounts in person or online.

*It's important to note that the product must not show any signs of use or deterioration, as this will prevent the exchange from being processed. Upon receiving the item, our team will examine it to ensure it meets all of the above requirements.

We advise customers to inspect the garments upon receipt and, if there are any issues, exchange them before wearing them.
